We installed jbzoo yesterday, with some errors during installation.

Today we are getting errors saying that the system jbzoo plugin is not available. It's not even in listed in installed plugins. The same is true for when we wanted to create a new jbzoo search module. It is not listed in order to create a new module.

Is there a way of uninstalling jbzoo and then reinstalling. I can't find an jbzoo components in the extensions manager.

In documentation it mentioned installing patches, but not sure which patch to instal since we have the newest version of jbzoo.

Can we just install and start again?

I'd prefer not to have to restore a whole copy of the website to a version pre -jbzoo and then reinstalling jbzoo

thanks

Hello,

Do you remember what kind of errors you had during an installation? This information might be helpful.

Please, try to use Joomla extensions "Discover" option. Maybe it will find missing modules and a plugin. First click the "Discover" button and then, if anything useful is found, check it and press "Install".

After that go to the Plugin Manager and try to find JBZoo plugin:

Enable it if it's not enabled.

Also, what are your Joomla and ZOO versions? Does your system meet the requirements?

We're using joomla 2.5.20 and zoo 3.0.13

Not sure what the errors are now. I tried to use Discover to find the missing modules and plugins but it didn't find anything.

Hello,

In order to find out what is the problem, we need a temporary ftp access and an acces to the control panel. Please, use forum private messages to send the details.

Please, try to do the following:

1. Backup your website.

2. Delete /media/zoo/applications/jbuniversal folder

3. Install JBZoo using Joomla Extension Manager, like in the first part of installation guide:

Also, while not directly related to this, it's better to turn off "Magic Quotes" on your server.
