When does support start again?  I have two websites with limited functionality and need some questions (28th December) answered before I can progress.  I know it's been Christmas - but that's well gone now, back to work?

Edit:  OK I see there are national holidays in Russia all week. I guess it may have helped to have this notified on the forum so I could manage client expectation a bit better.
