hello, I have a problem when adding the elements. Apparently, I made a new instance, and when I tried to add an element in the instance, I saved it, but then, it dissapears! any idea why? or is that only part of the Pro version?

Try to show the error in your website settings?

Check premisions on file system. Must be 755 (or 777).

 

Free version has no limitations to the elements.

um...there were no errors in the settings. all i did was in the instance, in the elements page, I added an element to the box (like textarea), added the required details, clicked save, and then, the element dissapears! There was a notice saying it was saved, but the element parts are not in the box. any idea why?

where will I find that? It's already on a hosted server. and it's already at 1000. I'm running PHP 5.3.21

"Elements save" - is a feature of the Zoo and not JBZoo.
