I tried your free product but the only template I can make is a catalog. Do you have the Documentation template as part of the free component or is this only part of the paid component?

The free component has one app - a Catalog app.

 

Does the free app also have a Documentation app? If so, where is it?

One App is used for everything at once. It has a lot of general and category settings for customize you catalog.
