Retaining Content When Updating To Pro

If I upgrade to the pro version will the content I have entered in the free version of the App be there ie. is the upgrade an app update or a new app. And if it is new can I import content.

Also is it possible to import content from ZOO apps like the blog?

You can upgrade the free version to the Pro version JBZoo.
Site content is not lost.
With our system of import you can download content from your blog format csv.
