How to remove JBZoo Live that displays in demo site and replace it with my text?

If I understood you correctly, you need to modify Site Name in "System" -> "Global configuration":

No, I have already changed that. 

My site name has changed. How ever in directory listing view, the bread crumb directory path (you are here) below the listing items starts with JBZoo Live > Category 1 > Category 2.... I want to change that to my site name,
