JBZoo may be a viable option for use across several different websites. I am just wondering if there is a multi site and / or 12 month licence option?

JBZoo as such has a 2 license option. After you sign up, you can contact Kess and he will give you an extended license option upto 10 sites. They are very helpful.

Hi,
You may to activate one site on several domains, but each of them will be counted in the tariff.
If you need more sites I may extend your account to 10 (it cost $27.50)
Sorry, but our subscription always only 6 months.
Отключайте проверку лицензий как можно скорее!

I currently have alicense as I use JBZoo on one site I am developing.
I'd like to set it up on another domain - but I need to test it first as it's a client domain and they can't pay for aproduct if it wont work as requested.
Does the license i already have allow me to use on 2 sites as suggested by tkdas above? And if so can I install on a site temporarily to test then buy a license for that site (I don't want to use my own license for a client site as I have my own sites i can use it on)
Or is it 1 license per site?

The basic type of license allows you to activate 2 websites that use JBZoo 2.0 and later. Version 1.6.1 and below doesn't count. You can see the number of licenses that you are using in your personal account - http://server.jbzoo.com/user-sites. Also you can manage your licenses here (disable unnecessary websites to free a license). So you if you activate a license for a test purposes, you'll be able to deactivate it here in order to use it somewhere else.
So in your case you can use your own license for a client and then increase your tariff plan to 10 licenses if you need more, as SmetDenis wrote. Or you can buy a separate account with 2 licenses for that client.

OK thanks Kess, is the 1.6 version the free version and the 2 version the $48 version? or is the 1.6 version a former version of the paid version - and if so what are the principal differences between 1.6 and 2 versions. Thanks.

No, the 1.6 version isn't free. It just have no domain limit.
In the 2+ version developers added completely new custom CSV import
Import and export for CSVSupport for any fieldsThe file can be associated with items through different keys (ItemID, alias, the name and SKU).The ability to dynamically add options of such elements as radio buttons, checkboxes and selects. There is an option to remove (or deactivate) items. There is categories import (all category fields can be updated or added via CSV: text, images, headers, aliases, and even metadata). There are many options of export
and improved JBZoo Price element. Now it have product variants with it's own price/discount.
I think, it's main (but not all) features.

OK thanks Sliapy, the two things I need to be able to implement are:
- frontend directory submission via form
- filtering on multiple field types as available in version 2
If these are available in 1.6 then that sounds like it could be fine...

Excellent, I'll test using my current license and then, all being well, implement 1.6 for my client.
