update

Best Answer Kess , 28 January 2014 - 13:00

Firstly, be sure to make a full backup of your website.

The problem on the screenshot should be solved after updating ZOO and cleaning cache.

We have a topic about JBZoo updates in the FAQ section - http://forum.jbzoo.com/topic/3184-

Some modified files can be overridden during an update so you should definitely have their copies ready. If you don't remember all files that were modified, try to check JBZoo file system: "Cog-wheel" -> "JBZoo App" -> "JBZoo Admin" (button at the top). It should show you a list of modified files.

You can also check ZOO files modifications before updating it: "Cog-wheel" -> "Check Requirements"

I guess you didn't read that topic about updates. It's already written there:

Download a patch file from the download section. The file must exactly match your JBZoo version .

Extract the archive to the root of your site with replacing (if this is necessary).

If you are uncertain, you can examine patch archive on your computer to see it's structure so you'll know how it will be extracted. You will also be able to check if some modified files will be overridden or not.

Just don't forget to make a full backup because you have a lot of modifications there.
