but i had said,i have no the usename and email.
beacouse there are my former associate when we buy the JBZOO.
Now,my former associate was left,and can not be related him.

In fact,we are subscriber.just fogot the usename and email.
beacouse the usename and email only my former associate got it.
and he was left,so i can not sign in.
for all this,can you understand my trouble.
