Hello,

 

I try to find a way to chnage order of filter value.

 

For exemple, with checkbox, in the filter, the value are alphabetical ordered.But i want a specific order, (the same order as the one i have in admin, when i create an element and i put all my values manualy)

Unfortunately, now you can't change the order of the filter fields.

Sorry but my question is about php file, i know that there is not an option for this, So i m looking for change in php file for this...

You can't change it thought the php files too. Order of these fields is generated through the direct database request and there is no simple way to change it.
