Hi there,

I've been working on a site which has worked fine on the test/development site, but I have now moved it to another domain name using Akeeba.

Problem is that I can't seem to license it even though I have spare licenses available.

I also saw on another topic http://forum.jbzoo.c...vation-problem/

I've tried removing the old license which has details of the old domain name. That hasn't worked.

 

The problem is that I can enter my details into the license section, but nothing happens when I click the green 'save' button.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this? It's using the same server, just on a different domain name.

Hya, the domain is www.cgc-catalogue.com and the version is Joomla: 3.4.3 JBZoo: 2.2.0 Pro (RC rev2595) Zoo: 3.3.7WidgetKit: 1.5.5

Previous test 'domain' is http://mxqsolutions....3.kldemo.co.uk/

Just backed up again and restored it to the new domain and has the same problem.

Try to check external connection with our server.

I think it's some hoster restriction, because I don't see any system messages from cgc-catalogue.com

 

 

Create php file, for example "jbzoo-check.php" with content

<?php
echo file_get_contents('http://jbzoo.com/');

 

After that open http://<YOUR_WEBSITE>/jbzoo-check.php

if you see white screen or some PHP error you website can't connect to check login and password.

Ok I've made a file it's at www.cgc-catalogue.com/test.php

I saw your website. Thanks.

And activated it manually.

 

Reason why submit of form didn't work -You are using not last 2.2.x version. Curent version. I recomend you to update it via patch in the JBZoo Clientarea. rev2595 is not compatible with last Joomla 3.4.3

 

 

 

English localisation will be comming soon.

Now we are testing new version before stable 2.2.0.
