Dear all,

 

after installing the demo I receive on the Frontpage the following error:

 

JBZoo fatal error: "No valid licence hash (code:3)"
Please, contact to support

 

In the Backend the same when I try to open Zoo:

 

0 No valid licence hash (code:3)

 

On my Profile in the "myWebsites" area i found the following message:

 

You do not have sites on the version JBZoo App 2.x and higher.

 

what do i have to do to make it work?

Try to remove Joomla cache and enter licence data again in the Joomla admin-panel (Zoo component)?

but as I wrote it is impossible to open zoo, because of the same error in the backend.

 

deleting cache of jbzoo does not work.

Perhaps, something wrong with a configuration of your web-server.
I think, that I can solve your problem if you give me temporary FTP-access to your server (via private forum message).

 

Please, can you show me phpInfo() from your web-server?

Check option arg-separator.output in php.ini
 


Normal value is "&" (as in "arg_separator.input")

Sorry I can't because it is hosteurope shared server. I do not have access to my php.ini.

 

if needed I have to coonfigure php through .hpaccess. do you have a command linie to configure arg_separator.input with htaccess?

 

the joomla system information shows that php uses "&" for local and master value. it should be ok?
